Intellectual Property Rights Cell in association with Internal Quality Assurance Cell (1QAC) has successfully organised a webinar on Introduction to IPR and Trademark Infringement on 17th May, 2021.
Adv. Ravi Pandey, an active practitioner of Law in respect of Copyright Violation and Intellectual Property Rights was the respected resource person for this event. Our resource person elucidated the delegates about conceptions and misconceptions related to Trademark.
He also promoted awareness in respect of authorization of trademarks and protection to Intellectual Property. The session was very edifying and illuminating and it benefited delegates with the profound knowledge of the legal significance of Intellectual Property Rights and vital role of copyrights and trademarks in research Development.
The speaker further illustrated his ideas with the demonstration of remarkable examples such as Kodak, Plaintiff- Pidilite etc. The webinar culminated with a question and answer session and positive feedback from the participants.
