About Library

PHCASC library is situated on Third floor of Arts, Science & Commerce building.

Library is an integral part of teaching learning processes of PHCASC catering to the information needs of faculty, research scholars and students. Library has created a learning environment by providing separate space for Discussions, OPAC, internet browsing area, Laptop Zones with Wi-Fi facility. We feel happy to help users with our information sources and services in achieving their academic distinctions.

Digital Resources

Library subscribes to NLIST database, which provides access of 6000+ e-journals & 1,99,000+ e-books to students, faculty members & researchers.

PHCASC also has institutional repository Library space which helps in providing access to learning content .

Rules and Regulation

1. Identify card is compulsory for getting access to the library.
2. Personal books & the bags are not allowed in the library and will be kept at the entrance. Library is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
3. Each student is allowed to issue 3 books at a time
4. Students have to return the issued books on or before the due date. In case of late submission, Rs. 5/- per day will be charged
5. In case of any kind of damage to the book while returning, last user will be held responsible for the same.
6. Other than reading no activities are allowed inside the library. Use of mobile phones or any other items which are disturbing to others are not allowed in the library.
7. The librarian reserves the right to suspend the privilege of borrowing of any member found misbehaving

Library Hours
Library is open from 10 am to 5 pm on all working days.
No. of hours can be increased as per the students requirement.

Circulation Rules

• Students are Issued – 3 books for 7 days
• Faculty are Issued – 8 books for a 6 months
