The Faculty of science in collaboration with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Pillai HOC College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Autonomous Rasayani, organized a Research Methodology session titled “Research Methodology Matters: Science Perspective.” The session was conducted by Dr. Deepti Sidhaye and was aimed at educating faculty members and postgraduate students on the fundamentals of research writing, including the structure, components, and ethical considerations involved.
Dr. Deepti Sidhaye delivered an engaging and insightful session, covering key topics such as the structure of research, qualitative and quantitative approaches, various research illustrations, and plagiarism. She effectively used practical examples to simplify complex concepts, making the session highly accessible and informative for all participants. The interactive nature of the session encouraged active participation and thoughtful discussions among attendees.
The session saw active involvement from faculty members and PG students across departments, who appreciated the relevance and clarity of the content shared. The event’s success was made possible by the collective efforts of the students, organizing committee, and faculty members. Special thanks were extended to Principal Dr. Rinkoo Shantnu, Vice Principal Binit Kumar, and all supporting staff for their valuable contributions to the smooth execution of the webinar.
