Research and Innovation Cell in association with Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Pillai HOC College of Arts, Science and Commerce successfully conducted a Competition on “Model Making” on 10th August, 2022. The competition was started at 1:00 p.m. and end at 4:00 p.m.
The objective of the event is to encourage student’s creative expressions and to assess their understanding in the field of research.
In this competition students have made eco-friendly models to promote green technology. Students from different programmes presented their skills in very innovative and informative way. Models were made on current topics to discuss the new trends and systems. The students have used unique eco-friendly ideas to make their models, where they used less material to showcase their creativity. Students got motivated when our beloved Chairman sir, Mr. K. M. Vasudevan Pillai sir and Director and Trustee of MES Mr. Franav Pillai Sir addressed them by their encouraging words. Dr. Jagdish Bakal, Principal of PHCET and Mr. Sarkar sir, Director of Research gave students feedback to improve their performance.
