JALSA is a grand Garba night celebrated every year at Pillai HOC College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Rasayani on the occasion of Navratri. Carrying forward the tradition of the institution, JALSA was held this year as well on the 17th September 2022. Students from all the programme of the Institution come and enjoy themselves on a colorful and bright evening. The evening had become more bright because of the presence of the Chief Guest Ms. Ayesha Khan, a renowned Indian film actress and social media sensation. The event was inaugurated by the chief guest Ms. Ayesha, Dr. Lata K. Menon (Principal) and all the dignitaries by taking the blessings of Goddess Saraswati. Students then started with the garba night with a lot of enthusiasm. Faculties also joined the students in the JALSA ground. Ms. Ayesha Khan also accompanied the faculties and students to groove on the garba beats. She cheered the crowd with her happy presence and energy. Many competitions were held during the event which were judged by faculty judges. Below are the details of the competitions and their winners. Around 500 students participated in the event.
