Literary Association in collaboration with Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Pillai HOC College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Rasayani (PHCASC) had invited all the students of PHCASC to participate in Heartfulness Essay Event 2020 organized by Shri Ram Chandra Mission, United Nations Information Centre for India and Bhutan & The Heartfulness Education Trust. The topic of the essay competition was Poverty is not Just a Lack of Money.

The essays were evaluated by the institute assigned evaluators, Sujith Babu Sir and Swati Mishra Ma’am (for English), Salma Sayyad Ma’am (for Hindi) and Prathamesh Gokhale Sir (for Marathi) at Institute level on the basis of parameters namely, Introduction / Interpretation, Structure and flow, Language, Creativity / Originality, Relevance, Research / attention to details, Conclusion. The competition inspired the participants to gain substantial experience, showcase skills, analyze and evaluate outcomes and uncover personal aptitude.

Following were the students across all the streams who have secured their places of merit at the Institution level yesterday i.e. 10th October, 2020. The selected essays had been sent to Dr. Rakhee Arora Ma’am (The District Coordinator) to represent the Institute at State and National Level.
