Department of Hospitality Studies and Faculty of Arts , Pillai HOC College of Arts, Science and Commerce in Association with Internal Quality Assurance Cell jointly organize an interactive session titled, “Food ‘O’ Graphy- A Beautiful Day on Table, on 15th July, 2022 . The session was conducted by Mr. Amit Bhandare, renowned Food and Architectural photographer on 15th July, 2022 in Basic Training Restaurant from 11.00 a.m. to 13.00 p.m..
The session covered the techniques of food photography by capturing beautiful and emotive images using artificial lighting and thereby creating visual stories. Students of PHCASC enthusiastically registered for the workshop.
We would like to thank our Principal, Dr. Lata Ma’am for her guidance and motivation in organising the event. We also thank our Chef & Program Coordinator of Hospitality Studies Priya Prashant and Asst Prof. Prathamesh Gokhale, Faculty of Arts (BAMMC) for their constant support and regular coordination. The overall participation and the enthusiasm in itself spoke the volume of success that this event has met with.
