The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) & IT CLUB jointly organised a seminar on “Cyber Crime Awareness” on 1st July, 2022.
In this Seminar a special session titled “Buddy Cop – Police Didi” was conducted for the female candidates to make them aware regarding cyber bullying which is happening frequently with the females. The resource person- Jadhav Madam shared some real cases of such crimes happened with girls. She shared that how females are becoming easy target of cyber bullying. She also conveyed the importance of being alert and vigilant about sharing information on Social Media.
This session was really informative and helpful for all the girls who have attended the seminar as they came to know how to be careful while doing friendships with unknown people on social media and sharing photos and other details on social media with unknown people.
The team of resource persons also shared an emergency helpline number on which girls can contact if they need any help from police.
