The NSS Unit of Pillai HOC College of Arts, Science, and Commerce (Autonomous), Rasayani organized a targeted Awareness Talk on Hygiene and Sanitation for the residents of the Adivasi Pada at Turade on 22 August 2025. Recognizing that rural and tribal clusters are often more vulnerable to communicable diseases, the initiative aimed to educate the community on the direct link between personal cleanliness and disease prevention. The event focused on breaking traditional myths and introducing sustainable sanitation habits, aligning with the national Swachh Bharat Abhiyan goals to ensure a healthier living environment for all.
