The Department of B.Com (Management Studies) organized a Alumni Interactive Session-”A truly Inspiring Experience” on 2nd December 2025. Students and faculty members actively participated in the visit. The guest speaker for the session was Ms. Mansi Thombare, an alumna of the BMS (Human Resources) batch 2022–23 from Pillai HOC College of Arts, Commerce and Science. She is currently pursuing MMS from Pillai HOC Institute of Management Studies and Research.
The session began with a warm welcome and a brief introduction of the speaker. Ms. Mansi Thombare shared her academic journey, experiences from college life, and her transition from undergraduate studies to postgraduate education. She emphasized the importance of skill development, internships, time management, and continuous learning for career growth.
She also guided students on career opportunities in the field of management and human resources, higher education options, and the significance of staying focused and confident while pursuing professional goals. The talk was interactive and informative, encouraging students to actively engage and ask questions.
