Event Overview:
The NSS Unit of Pillai HOC College of Arts, Science, and Commerce organized an oath-taking ceremony on Swacha Sankalp to spread awareness about cleanliness, hygiene, and the importance of collective responsibility in maintaining a cleaner and healthier environment. The event encouraged students to adopt sustainable practices and make cleanliness a part of their daily life.

Program Flow and Activities:
The program began with a brief introduction by the NSS Program Officer, highlighting the significance of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and the role of youth in shaping a clean India. Following this, the oath on Swacha Sankalp was administered to all participants, where volunteers and students pledged to maintain cleanliness in their surroundings and motivate others to do the same. The event concluded with a short interactive discussion on practical steps for ensuring cleanliness within the campus and community.

Role of NSS Volunteers:
A total of 25 NSS volunteers actively participated in the program. They coordinated the gathering, assisted in organizing the oath-taking session, and spread awareness about the importance of hygiene. Their disciplined involvement ensured smooth conduct of the event.

Leadership and Guidance:
The event was conducted under the guidance of NSS Program Officers Ms. Kalavati Upadhyay and Ms. Anita Mhatre and with the support of the college faculty. Their encouragement and leadership inspired the volunteers to take the oath with sincerity and enthusiasm.
