IQAC of Pillai HOC College of Arts, Science & Commerce (PHCASC) & Entrepreneurship Cell in collaboration with with Bombay Stock Exchange Brokers’ Forum successfully organized Student Development Programme for the students of Pillai HOC College of Arts, Science & Commerce.
The topic on Day 1 was ‘Working of Stock Market’. It comprised of Working of stock exchanges, working of broker, trading account, demat account, risk management, KYC of clients, investment vs speculation.
The topic on Day 2 was on ‘Mutual Funds’
The topic on Day 3 was on Fundamental Analysis’
And the last topic on Day 4 was on ‘Monetary Policy and its implication
Dr. Srinivas shared his expertise. He skilfully introduced the topics and explained all concepts with examples. The power point presentation was very effective.
On October 15, 2020 the Day 4 session opened up at 3.00 pm, on behalf of the institution the student representative Ms Riya Nikam welcome all and on behalf of Convener Entrepreneurship Cell Prof Vineet Murli, Faculty member Prof. Rohan Yadav proposed the vote of thanks at the end of the programme to culminate the 4 day program successfully.
We would like to place on record, our sincere gratitude to our Principal, Lata Ma’am for her guidance & motivation. We also thank our Vice Principal, Binit Sir for his constant support and regular coordination with our team. We thank all teaching staff members for their cooperation to make the programme successful.
